Shipping Methods

  • Nova Poshta

     

    To the branch:

    • Delivery across all of Ukraine. The parcel will be stored at the post office for 6 working days. After this period, the parcel will be returned without prior notification to the recipient.
    • The delivery cost is according to the tariffs of the "Nova Poshta" company.
    • Large-size goods are shipped with a 30% prepayment. Large-size goods are those whose volumetric or actual weight exceeds 10 kg.
    • The shipping time for goods is 2-4 days.
    • Nova Poshta shipments are made daily until 13:00, except for Sundays.
    • Orders can be placed with cash on delivery (payment upon receipt).

     

    If the parcel is paid for but you are unable to pick it up on time:

    • 1) You can extend the storage period through your personal account on the website;
    • 2) Upon request, we can extend the storage for up to 7 days – provided the order is fully paid for.

     

    Delivery via Nova Poshta to POSTOMATS:

    • Order delivery is paid according to the carrier’s tariffs
    • Size: no more than 40x60x30 cm
    • Weight: up to 20 kg
    • Declared value up to 10,000 UAH

 

 

  • Ukrposhta
    • Delivery across all of Ukraine.
    • From 01.07, Ukrposhta has changed its delivery tariffs. The new tariffs can be found on the Ukrposhta website.
    • The minimum order amount is 100 UAH.
    • For orders over 990 UAH, delivery is FREE, except for large-sized items and bulk orders.
    • The delivery time for goods is up to 4 days. Up to 2 days between regional centers within Ukraine.
    • Shipments via Ukrposhta are made on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
    • Orders placed on these days will be shipped the following shipping day.

     

    When receiving the parcel from the courier or transport company, check the integrity of the product!
    In case of any issues, please inform us at this moment. By accepting the product, you thereby
    agree that there are no claims regarding quality and quantity!
    If you find any damage to the product at the transport company's office, request
    the delivery service employees to create an act specifying the nature of the damage
    to the product and inform us about it!

  • Pickup

    Conditions for self-pickup from the warehouse:

    • Orders placed before 16:00 can be picked up on the same day;
    • Orders placed after 16:00 will be ready the next day – you will receive an SMS when it's ready;
    • It is not possible to change items in the order promptly;
    • After 100% prepayment to the card;

     

    Conditions for self-pickup from the stores:

    • Orders placed via the website with self-pickup from stores can be picked up after receiving an SMS;
    • The collected order can be picked up within 5 days after receiving the SMS about its readiness for pickup;
    • Delivery of large-sized items to the store is discussed individually with the manager when placing the order;
    • Available payment methods in the store should be clarified when confirming the order;
    • All furniture items are not available for self-pickup; their shipping is carried out from the manufacturer.
  • Courier delivery in Kyiv

    Delivery time: Mon - Sat from 13:00 to 18:00, Sunday - closed

    *Delivery schedule may change on holidays.

    • Delivery cost - 80 UAH.
    • The delivery cost for furniture and large-sized items (items whose volumetric or actual weight exceeds 10 kg) ranges from 100 to 600 UAH. For exact cost, please consult the manager.
    • Additional service "Product of choice" (you can order a product and choose it on-site)! - additional charge of 50 UAH
    • Delivery is made the day after the order is confirmed with the manager, until 18:00.
    • Delivery of large-sized goods (furniture) is carried out within 1-3 days after order confirmation with the manager by 18:00.
    • Delivery to suburban areas: Bykivnia, Bortnychi, Berkivtsi, Petropavlivska Borshchahivka, Korchuvate district, Kotsiubynske, Osokorky district, Sofiivska Borshchahivka, Troieshchyna village, Feofaniya, Chayka settlement. After confirmation with the manager - 120 UAH.
  • Ipost courier turbo delivery in Kyiv

    • From 01.09.2024: the cost of turbo delivery same-day is 200 UAH

    • The cost of turbo delivery on holidays and weekends is 230 UAH
    • The turbo delivery service operates only with prepayment of the order on the website: online payment or via Privat 24.
    • Delivery to suburban areas (e.g., Kotsiubynske village, Kryukivshchyna village, Irpin city, etc.) is carried out by courier after confirmation with the manager.
    • From January 2, 2023, delivery to floors above the 5th floor may incur an additional charge for the recipient. Each additional floor will cost 2 UAH added to the order value. Note that the additional charge will only apply with the courier's consent.
    • Delivery of furniture and large equipment is temporarily unavailable.
    • Turbo delivery time: from 9:00 to 16:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 16:00. Sunday is a day off.

    Advantages of iPOST:

    • Same-day delivery or at a convenient time for the recipient
    • 100% material responsibility
    • Track courier delivery by geolocation
    • International delivery

       

      • International parcels are sent via Ukrposhta.

      • After sending the product, you will receive a tracking number, with which you can track your parcel via this link.
      • Delivery time: approximately 5-8 weeks (this is approximately for tracks to both Europe and Israel)
      • 100% prepayment for the product, including the delivery cost.
      • Cash on delivery is not available for parcels sent to other countries.
      • After placing the order, a manager will contact you via EMAIL OR MESSENGERS to confirm the order.
      • If the parcel is returned by Ukrposhta for any reason, the delivery cost is non-refundable. Refunds will be made after the parcel is received by the sender.

      EMS (Express Mail Service) — an expedited international delivery service. EMS shipments are delivered exclusively by air and are processed as priority both in Ukraine and the destination country, in accordance with the standards of the Universal Postal Union. Shipments are sent worldwide.

      • Delivery time: approximately up to 14 days (this is approximately for tracks to both Europe and Israel)
      • 100% prepayment for the product, including the delivery cost.
      • Compensation in case of parcel loss - 3500 UAH + delivery cost.
      • Cash on delivery is not available for parcels sent to other countries.

       

      Please note: the delivery cost in the cart is not final, it may change depending on the weight and dimensions of the parcel, as well as the destination country and delivery method. Returns of goods are subject to carrier rates at the customer's expense. Delivery outside of Ukraine must be prepaid, according to the rules of our international postal operators.

      Important! Upon receiving the parcel, the destination country may withhold customs duties according to the customs legislation of that country.

      If the postal service has lost your package, we can initiate a search if 45 days have passed from the date of shipment and the parcel has not been delivered to the recipient. The funds for the lost parcel will be refunded to you once:

      • the postal operator confirms the loss of the parcel during the search and compensates us for its cost. Compensation is made for the insured amount (declared value);
      • the package is found and returned to us. Upon receiving the parcel, we will refund the cost of the product, or (if you wish and are willing to pay shipping costs again) we will resend the parcel.
      • Refund processing to your account may take up to 5 business days and depends on your bank's process.
