  • WHEN WILL THE CASHBACK BECOME AVAILABLE?

    Cashback will appear in your personal account and become available for use 14 days after order payment. If the payment was made by cash on delivery, cashback will be credited a bit later – within 28 days.

  • WHAT HAPPENS TO THE CASHBACK IF I RETURN THE ORDER?

    In this case, the cashback for this order is removed from your personal account.

    This rule also applies if you returned not the entire order, but a part of it. The cashback will be deducted from this order entirely.

  • CAN CASHBACK BE USED FOR WHOLESALE ORDERS?

    Become a wholesaler! Place your first order for 6000 UAH. Within an hour, a manager will call you back, immediately recalculate this order at wholesale prices, and grant you access to discounts of up to 30%!

  • AFTER HOW MANY DAYS WILL THE CASHBACK BE AVAILABLE?

    Cashback will be credited to your personal account and available for redemption 14 days after order payment. If the payment was made by cash on delivery, the cashback will be credited within 28 days.

  • HOW CAN I FIND OUT HOW MUCH CASHBACK IS ACCRUED FOR A PRODUCT?

    In each product card, next to the price, the cashback for it is indicated. Cashback is accrued on the final order amount minus the sum of discounts and promotions. You can see the cashback for the order in your "cart".

  • CAN CASHBACK BE WITHDRAWN AS MONEY?

    No, cashback cannot be exchanged for money. It can be used to pay for a new order. Used cashback cannot be reused.

  • WHERE CAN I SEE THE USED CASHBACK?

    The receipt will display the amount of used cashback per item.

  • WHAT IS THE VALIDITY PERIOD OF THE CASHBACK?

    The validity period of the cashback: 6 months from the date of accrual. After this period, the cashback expires and becomes unavailable for use.

  • CAN I PAY FOR THE ENTIRE ORDER WITH CASHBACK?

    No, you can pay only 20% of the order amount at a time, excluding Wholesale (discounts, promotions, bonuses, sale items, and gift certificates (electronic)) and brands to which cashback does not apply. The remaining cashback can be used in the next order.

    WHERE CAN I VIEW THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF ACCUMULATED CASHBACK?

  1. In your personal account on www.tufiprofi.com.ua.
  2. When accumulating cashback of 100, 200...n + 100 hryvnias, you will receive a service letter to your email.
  3. If the total amount of cashback reaches 1000 UAH, you will receive a Viber or SMS notification.
